During our UNFPA The Gambia training, girls were provided a safe and supportive environment where they confidently shared their experiences and reflections on violence. With their understanding of the different forms of gender-based violence, they had the opportunity to expand their skills and confidence in recognising abuse, speaking out against violence, and the power to advocate for their own rights and freedom.
