We are thrilled to share the incredible outcomes of our recent session on FGM with young people! During the session, we delved into the health complications of FGM while creating a safe space for participants to share their experiences and dispel misconceptions surrounding this harmful practice. The commitment shown by the participants to break the cycle of FGM by pledging not to practice it on their future children and reporting cases in their communities is truly inspiring! Together, we are making a difference and working towards the end of FGM in the Gambia.
